Inside Beaver Cares

We take care of our team the same way we take care of our community — with intention, consistency, and a lot of showing up.

Quaterly team breakfasts

Quaterly team breakfasts

Every quarter, the entire Beaver Toyota team gathers before showroom hours for a hot breakfast hosted by leadership. It's a chance to recognize standout teammates, share what's coming up across departments, and start the month connected. New hires are introduced and celebrated alongside service milestones and personal wins.

On-Site DTF Training, Three Days a Week

On-Site DTF Training, Three Days a Week

Our on-site DTF trainer is available three days a week, providing hands-on support, coaching, and skill development to keep our team sharp and our service experience consistently high.

Technician mentorship program

Technician mentorship program

Every new technician is paired with a senior mentor for their first 90 days. Mentors get protected time on the schedule to coach, review work, and answer questions. It's how we've grown more than a dozen entry-level techs into ASE Master Certified pros over the last five years.

Paid volunteer time off

Paid volunteer time off

Every full-time employee receives 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year to spend at a cause they care about. We track and celebrate where those hours go on our community board, and teams that volunteer together are reimbursed for shirts, supplies, and meals on the day.

Open-door leadership

Open-door leadership

Our owners and general manager are on the floor every day, and any teammate can put time on their calendar without going through a manager.

As seen on

The Truth About Car Dealers — Season 1

Beaver Cares was featured in the Atlanta, Georgia episode of The Truth About Car Dealers, a docu-series that goes behind the showroom to show what modern dealerships actually look like — the people, the community work, and the culture that holds it all together.

Our episode follows the team across a few days in Atlanta: what we do for our employees, how we show up for our neighbors, and why "care" isn't a marketing word for us.
