Having grown up in the area, Austin Beaver earned his accounting degree from the University of South Florida before starting his career on the administrative and financial side of dealership operations. He worked his way up through dealership accounting and operations before becoming Controller of Beaver Chevrolet, where he gained hands-on experience managing the financial and operational side of a large-volume store. He was later chosen to help plan, launch, and operate Beaver Mazda of Cumming Georgia from the ground up. Since opening, Beaver Mazda has ranked second in new vehicle retail volume in the district in 9 of its 11 months it has been open. As of March 2026, the store reached 195% sales effectiveness, ranking first in the state and 27th nationally. An NADA Academy alumnus, Austin focuses heavily on customer experience and store culture. That approach has helped Beaver Mazda achieve a 96.5% NPS/CSI score, 6.5 points above the district average and 4 points above the national average. Mazda also recognized his work by inviting him to speak at the 2026 Mazda Brand Summit on a panel in front of Mazda dealers and general managers from across the country. His background combines financial knowledge, dealership operations, and experience building a new store into a successful operation from day one.
